When can I request tickets?

The week of each game an email will go out (example at the bottom of this email).  The email will be sent from “Red Bulls Coaches” and will be titled “Staff Complimentary Ticket Requests – x/xx Game”

The email is a set template of instructions with information about how many tickets you are eligible for and how to request them (see the email example below).

The email is sent from a “no-reply” address meaning emails sent back to it will not be received.

The deadline is typically Match Day -1, meaning the day BEFORE the game and is usually 11am.  The email will include the deadline date and time at the beginning.

Requests after the deadline WILL NOT be given.

Who can request tickets?

Only YOU, as a part-time Red Bulls employee are eligible for complimentary tickets.  To ensure accuracy and efficacy, the email used in the typeform is cross-referenced against our staff records.

How do I request tickets?

When you click on “Request Tickets”, it will take you to a typeform to complete.

You MUST complete and submit this typeform to request your tickets.  It is mobile friendly and simple to complete.

How many tickets can I request?

Your personal request is limited to the number stated in the email

If you submit multiple typeform comp requests, only your complimentary ticket limit will be honored.

What if I need more tickets than the comp limit?

If you would like additional tickets, you may contact Ben Norowski (Ben.Norowski@newyorkredbulls.com) with the ticket team to access additional discounted tickets (if requested early enough, the chances of putting the seats together is higher)

When will I receive my tickets?

Once you submit your typeform request, the wheels are set in motion. 

We submit the requests to the ticketing team and then the tickets are transferred to your account.

The tickets will be transferred by EOD Match Day -1 (before 5pm)

What if I’m having trouble accessing my tickets or I don’t understand how to use my tickets?

If you have any questions about your tickets, how to access your tickets or how to use your tickets, contact the Ticket Box Office using the email address listed in the email (see email example below)

We are the facilitators for you to request tickets.  Any questions or issues must be directed to the ticket box office.
