Simon Barrow: Obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sports Sciences, and a Masters degree in Sport Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool, UK. Worked within the Academy program at Liverpool FC (English Premier League) as part of an ongoing program to educate players and parents, on the pathway to becoming a professional soccer player. Currently holds his NSCAA Premier diploma and USSF 'B' License,
Simon has been heavly involved in the growth of the Regional Development Schools since 2005.
Ricky King: Holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sports Sciences from the University of Portsmouth, UK. Worked within the Center of Excellence at Oxford United (English Championship), preparing the U10 boys for the full Academy team, and Reading FC (English Championship) Developmental Centers. He currently holds his NSCAA Advanced National diploma and is working towards his UEFA 'B' License. Ricky has been coaching within the Regional Development School since September 2008.
Peter Kay: Possesses over 5 years coaching experience in the US, most prominently assisting in setting up Chicago Fire’s pre-academy training program. Currently holds his NSCAA Premier Diploma, Advanced National Diploma & State GK Diploma. Peter has been working within the New York Red Bulls Training Programs since 2005, and has been working within the RDS since April 2007.
Aled Williams: Obtained a Higher National Diploma in Sports Development/Coaching in 2005 and then completed a Bachelor of Science in Sports Coaching (Major in Soccer) at the University of Wales Institute Cardiff in 2007.Attended Cardiff City Centre of Excellence as a Goalkeeper and played for Cardiff City U14's. Has coached Junior, Youth and Senior Level in South Wales League Soccer in addition to Cardiff City Centre of Excellence. Aled has been coaching with the Red Bulls since September 2009, and currently Holds his UEFA C Licence plus his FAW Level 1 in Goalkeeping.
