Obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sports Sciences, and a Masters degree in Sport Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool, UK. Worked within the Academy program at Liverpool FC (English Premier League) as part of an ongoing program to educate players and parents, on the pathway to becoming a professional soccer player. Holds his NSCAA Premier diploma and USSF 'A' License. Simon has overseen the growth of the Regional Development Schools, as manager, since 2005.
Has 20 years of coaching experience in the United States, predominantly in the Southeast. Carlos was part of the Florida Youth Soccer Association Olympic Development Program (ODP) coaching staff for over 17 years, including Head and Assistant Coaching stints with the ’83, ’84 & ’85 Girls State Teams. He also served as a Coaching Course Instructor for USSF/USYSA/FYSA State Coaching Courses. Formerly the Director of Coaching for Clay County Soccer Club, Academy Director for Space Coast United Soccer Club and Assistant DOC for Genesis Youth Soccer Club, Carlos holds his USSF 'B' License, USSF National Youth, NSCAA Director of Coaching and NSCAA Goalkeeping Diplomas, and has worked within the RDS since the winter of 2011.
Studied Sports Development and Fitness at Cirencester College, UK. Played for Cirencester Academy, finishing as top goalscorer and winning the National Conference Cup in his senior final year. Had a spell at Swindon Towns Centre of Excellence at youth level and represented Wiltshire at county level. Ross holds NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, and has been with Red Bulls since 2010.
Born and raised in Oxfordshire, England Gareth has spent the past ten years coaching youth soccer on both sides of the Atlantic. Growing up in the UK, Gareth trained in the development academies with local professional teams Oxford United and Coventry City as well as representing Oxfordshire Schools FA during High School. Gareth then went on to coach in Oxon FA development academy before establishing his own soccer coaching program in the UK focusing on improving players technical proficiency. Gareth holds his UEFA C Licence, USSF B License and his NSCAA Advanced National Diploma as well as his English FA Youth Award, Coerver Youth Diploma and NSCAA Goalkeeping Diplomas. Gareth joined the New York Red Bulls in 2012.
Raised in Port St Lucie, Florida Zach has been coaching youth soccer for the past four years. As a player, Zach has represented the USA Youth National Teams at the U14, U15, U17 and U-20 levels. While playing with the U-17 National Team, Zach lived at the IMG Academy and was enrolled in the USA Residency Program where he represented the USA in the 2009 FIFA U-17 World Cup. After spending a brief time with FC Koln and Borussia Mochengladbach in Germany, Zach was drafted out of high school by Toronto FC in the MLS. Unfortunately, having not played a professionally game yet, Zach was forced to retire due to a heart ailment. Zach currently holds a USSF 'B' license and has been with Red Bulls since 2013.
