Obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sports Sciences, and a Masters degree in Sport Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool, UK. Worked within the Academy program at Liverpool FC (English Premier League) as part of an ongoing program to educate players and parents, on the pathway to becoming a professional soccer player. Holds his NSCAA Premier diploma and USSF 'A' License. Simon has overseen the growth of the Regional Development Schools, as manager, since 2005.
Holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sports Sciences from the University of Portsmouth, UK. Worked within the Center of Excellence at Oxford United (English Championship), preparing the U10 boys for the full Academy team, and Reading FC (English Championship) Developmental Centers. He currently holds his NSCAA Premier Diploma and is working towards his UEFA 'B' License. Ricky has been coaching within the Regional Development School since September 2008.
Obtained a Higher National Diploma in Sports Development/Coaching in 2005 and then completed a Bachelor of Science in Sports Coaching (Major in Soccer) at the University of Wales Institute Cardiff in 2007. Attended Cardiff City Centre of Excellence as a Goalkeeper and played for Cardiff City U14's. Has coached Junior, Youth and Senior Level in South Wales League Soccer in addition to Cardiff City Centre of Excellence. Aled has been coaching with the Red Bulls since September 2009, and currently Holds his UEFA C Licence, FA (Wales) Level 1 in Goalkeeping, and NSCAA Level 1, 2, and 3 Goalkeeping Diplomas.
Studied Sports Development and Fitness at Cirencester College, UK. Played for Cirencester Academy, finishing as top goalscorer and winning the National Conference Cup in his senior final year. Had a spell at Swindon Towns Centre of Excellence at youth level and represented Wiltshire at county level. Holds his FA level 1 and is working towards level 2, NSCAA level 2 goalkeeping diploma. Has been with Red Bulls since 2010 and the RDS since March 2012.
Has 20 years of coaching experience in the United States, predominantly in the Southeast. Carlos was part of the Florida Youth Soccer Association Olympic Development Program (ODP) coaching staff for over 17 years, including Head and Assistant Coaching stints with the ’83, ’84 & ’85 Girls State Teams. He also served as a Coaching Course Instructor for USSF/USYSA/FYSA State Coaching Courses. Formerly the Director of Coaching for Clay County Soccer Club, Academy Director for Space Coast United Soccer Club and Assistant DOC for Genesis Youth Soccer Club, Carlos holds his USSF 'B' License, USSF National Youth and NSCAA Goalkeeping Diplomas, and has worked within the RDS since the winter of 2011.
Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Development and Physical Education from Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool, UK. Has coached within the Academy at Kidderminster Harriers (Blue Square Premier), which involved coaching and assisting the U12 boys team on training and match days. Most recently has coached for the University of Liverpool men’s soccer teams, allowing him to develop his tactical coaching knowledge to obtain the UEFA ‘B’ License (The FA Level 3) and The FA Level 2 in Goalkeeping. Lawrence is a new addition to the Red Bulls staff for 2012.
