Residential Camp Overview
The New York Red Bulls residential soccer camps are offered at select residential locations in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
The residential camps provide individual players and teams with the opportunity to take part in a unique youth soccer training experience. The 5 day on campus curriculum, provides training that focuses on the Red Bulls building blocks of player development:
(1) Motor Skill Development
(2) Technique and Skill Development
(3) Individual Tactics
(4) Group Tactics
(5) Team Tactics
In addition to field based sessions additional workshops are given that focus on team building, game analysis, fitness and nutrition, all of these additional elements provide players with an insight of what it takes to play at the highest level.

RDS Camp Application Process:
Locations designated as RDS are accessible by tryout only. Applicants who have already participated in the try out based RDS are granted immediate acceptance, and are exempt from try out. With thousands of applicants for the RDS residential camps each year, these measures are taken to ensure new applicants are given a fair assessment, thus keeping a high standard of player on camp. Players will be coached by elite level Red Bull youth development staff that are highly qualified and experienced in working with advanced level soccer players. All coaching staff hold highly recognized coaching qualifications and have been through a rigorous recruitment and internal professional training programs.

||9 - 15 years
||Regional Development School (RDS) residential camps cater for competitive and elite travel team players, and feature the exclusive RDS curriculum and recognized RDS coaches. RDS residential camps are accessible by try-out only, and focus on individual technique, advanced skills, and ball mastery. Try-outs ensure a highly competitive environment for the whole week, and ensure that all players are immersed in one of the most intensive soccer environments available. RDS Residential camps are mostly gender specific, to create a more realistic and competitive playing environment. Goalkeeper specific curriculums are also available on the RDS camps.
||9 - 16 years
||Designed for travel and select level players, the curriculum covers both advanced technical and tactical skills. The goal of the curriculum is to put players in a learning environment where they are challenged, technically, tactically, physically and mentally. Player camps are open registration, and are not subject to try-out.
||9 - 16 years
||Designed for teams that want to undertake a week of pre-season training. Based on prior consultation with the team coach a tailored curriculum is design so that the team receives a customized training plan specific to the teams needs. The team camp experience also helps foster a great bonding and culture experience. (Players must register as a full team).
|Extended Day Camp
||9 - 16 years
||This program follows the same curriculum as the advanced player camp but is for players who prefer to travel into the site each day and return home at night (8.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. each day, 2.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m on Sunday). The extended day camp option is not available for RDS residential camps.
|High School Camp
Specifically designed for High School teams. Based on prior consultation with the team's coach, a tailored curriculum is designed so that the team receives a customized training plan specific to the team's needs. The team camp experience also helps foster a great bonding and culture experience.

* Some locations may not have a swimming pool available for use. Registrants for these specific locations will be notified closer to the camp week.

***In order for a team to sign up for a residential camp, please contact us so the program and the correct registration procedure can be fully explained.
The New York Red Bulls offer sibling discounts on our non-tryout based Residential Camps. A 10% discount will be deducted from each sibling registered after the first sibling. All siblings must be registered for the same program, have the same last name and must be registered during the same transaction in order to receive the discount.
Regional Development School (RDS) Residential Camps are excluded from the sibling discount as these are tryout based programs.
